r <br />ORDINANCE N0. 78-2 01 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent <br />to rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended <br />as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that <br />the following described property situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Lots 1 through 16, Block 4, and Lots 1 through 8, <br />Block 3, Grovenor Estates, Unit No. 1, as in <br />Platbook 4, page 79, Indian River County, Florida <br />Records, and Lots 9 through 16, Block 3, Grovenor <br />Estates, Unit No. 2, as in Platbook 5, page 18, <br />Indian River County, Florida Records, <br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial District to R-1 <br />Single Family District. <br />All with the meaning and intent, and as set forth <br />and described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect February 14, 1978. <br />FEB 81978 VOK 33 FACE 4 A <br />
