RELEASE OF EASEMENTS <br />THIS RELEASE OF EASEMENT, made and executed this 8th day of <br />Eahrnary_ , 1978, between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />party of the first part, and MICHAEL C. COOPER, SR., and MARJORIE A. <br />COOPER, his wife, parties of the second part; <br />WITNESSETH: <br />For and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100 ($10.00) <br />DOLLARS and other good and valuable considerations, in hand paid by <br />the party of the second part, the receipt whereof being hereby <br />acknowledged, the said party of the first part does herewith release, <br />discharge and quit claim unto the said parties of the second part, <br />their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, forever, the easements <br />in favor of the party of the first part on real property situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, which said easements are as follows: <br />The. South 5 feet of Lot 5; <br />The North 5 feet of Lot 6; <br />The South 5 feet of Lot 6; <br />The North 5 feet of Lot 7; <br />All on Block D of OSLO PARK, UNIT No. 2, according to the <br />Plat thereof filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court of Indian River County, Florida, in Plat Book 4, page <br />13; said land lying and being in Indian River County, Florida. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first party, by virtue of <br />the authority vested by law in the Board of County Commissioners, and <br />for and on behalf of the County of Indian River, State of Florida, have <br />caused these presents to be executed in its name by its Chairman and <br />its seal to be affixed, attested by its Clerk of the Circuit Court. <br />Signed, sealed, and delivered <br />in the presence of: <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS. <br />OF INDIAN RIVER ^COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA <br />By <br />William C.
