NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the INDIAN RIVER COUNTY BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS strongly supports the South Florida and Treasure Coast Regional <br />Planning Councils in preparing a comprehensive joint application for Sustainable Communities <br />Initiative funding and in establishing a working partnership agreement with appropriate water <br />resource, housing, environmental and transportation agencies, local governments, nonprofits, <br />academia, and private sector organizations to collaborate on the application and the funded project. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was offered by Commissioner F1 escher who <br />moved its adoption The motion was seconded by Commissioner Davi s <br />and upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Peter D.
