RESOLUTION 2011-037 <br />(2) All law enforcement officers in Indian River County are urged to enforce <br />vigorously all laws regulating the sale of flavored tobacco products. <br />The foregoing resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />O' Bryan and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Plescher and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Bob Solari <br />Vice Chairman Gary C.
