RESOLUTION NO. 2011- 051 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVING TRAFFIC CONTROL <br />DEVICES AUTHORIZED BY THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS. <br />WHEREAS the Board of County Commissioners has directed the Director of Public <br />Works to maintain a ledger listing the traffic control devices maintained by the County (Section <br />312.18, Indian River County Code); and <br />WHEREAS, the code requires this ledger to be presented to the Board of County <br />Commissioners for approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the ledger has been presented and is attached as Exhibit "A" to this <br />Resolution, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT: <br />The Board of County Commissioners hereby accepts and approves the traffic control <br />device ledger which is Exhibit "A" to this resolution. <br />The resolution was moved to adoption by Commissioner <br />Davis <br />and the <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner F1 escher_ __ __.,and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman, Bob Solari Aye <br />Vice Chairman, Gary C.
