RESOLUTION NO , 2012 - Doh <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVING TRAFFIC CONTROL <br /> DEVICES AUTHORIZED BY THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS . <br /> WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners has directed the Director of Public <br /> Works to maintain a ledger listing the traffic control devices maintained by the County ( Section <br /> 312 . 18 , Indian River County Code) ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the code requires this ledger to be presented to the Board of County <br /> Commissioners for approval ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the ledger has been presented and is attached as Exhibit " A " to this <br /> Resolution, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY , FLORIDA THAT : <br /> The Board of County Commissioners hereby accepts and approves the traffic control <br /> device ledger which is Exhibit " A " to this resolution . <br /> The resolution was moved to adoption by Commissioner Davis _and the <br /> motion was seconded by Commissioner Flescher , and, upon being put to a vote , the <br /> vote was as follows : <br /> Chairman , Gary C .
