STATE OF FLORIDA, <br />s <br />COUNTY OF IIN'DIAN RIVER.) <br />TO THE HONORABLE BOARD OF COUNTY CO ISSIOaRS OF SAID COUNTYt <br />GENTLEMEN: - <br />We, the undersigned, citizens of the County of Indian River, State of Florida, <br />respectfully represent'that the necessities of the public require a County Road to be <br />laid out as follows, to -wit: Commencing at the :intersection of the East right-of-way line <br />of State Road #4 and the South line of section Twenty-six (26) Township Thirty-two (32) <br />South, Range Thirty-nine (39) East, thence East on the Section line between sections <br />Twenty-six (26) and thirty -fire (35) a distance of one mile. Said road right-of-way to <br />be not le ss than Fif ty (5O) feet in width. <br />We therefore petition your honorable body to Cause to be laid out and opened a <br />County Road as above described, and we, the owners of the land through which said Road <br />is sought to be laid out, in consideration of the sum of One dollar to us each and <br />severally in hand paid by the County of Indian River, the receipt of thich is hereby <br />acknowledged, hereby agree to give the right-of-way through our lands, as shown by the <br />Plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all claims for damage by reason thereof. <br />It was ordered that the petition be accepted, and that a Committee composed of <br />Britt anith; Horace A Bailey and D.L.Leisher, be appointed to views mark and lay out said <br />road and report to this Board. <br />It was ordered that Mr. Wilkerson be permitted to clean ditch to creek on wabasso-- <br />Fellonere road under the direction of the County Engineer. <br />miles Marren, Clerk Circuit Court filed his semi-annual report with this Board for <br />the period July lot 1929 to December 31st 1929 of fees and commissions received, which <br />report is as follows: <br />SORT OF MILES WARRM , CLERK CIRCUIT COURT. <br />To the Comptroller, 6tate of Florida, under zection 407, revised General .statutes of Flo- <br />rida. My <br />commission expires Jan 22-1934. <br />The pay, roll for labor on roads having been examined, were found to be correct, <br />and was approved and Warrants ordered issued in settlement of same.
