1 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-16 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of•Indian River <br />County, Florida have been requested to release the side lot line <br />i <br />i easements lying on the South side of lot 5 and the forth side of <br />Lot 7, of Block 7, ROSELAND GARDENS SUBDIVISION, according to <br />the plat thereof filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court of Indian River County, Florida, in Plat Book 8, page 25; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said side lot easements were dedicated on the Plat <br />j of'ROSELAND GARDENS SUBDIVISION for public utility purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easement has been <br />submitted in proper form; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />CO101ISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following <br />side lot line easements in ROSELAND GARDENS SUBDIVISION shall be <br />released, abandoned and vacated as follows: <br />The side lot line easement being 5 feet along the <br />South line of Lot 5, Block 7, and the side lot line <br />easement being 5 feet along the North lot line of <br />Lot 7, Block 7, ROSELAND GARDENS SUBDIVISION, as <br />recorded in Plat Book 8, page 25, Public Records of <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of <br />County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be, and <br />they are hereby authorized and directed to execute a release of <br />said lot line easements hereinabove referred to in form proper <br />for recording and placing in the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />This 8th day of March , 197S.- <br />BOARD <br />978:BOARD OF COUNTY CO151ISSIONERS OF <br />• <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />B9/G96&4*1 0- ?,A� <br />William C.
