. <br />r <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-17 <br />MAR 8 1978 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County'Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida have been requested to release the side lot lime <br />easements lying on the South side of lot 5 and the North side of <br />Lot 6, of Block 8, ROSELAND GARDENS SUBDIVISION, according to <br />the plat thereof filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit <br />-Court of Indian River County, Florida, in Plat Book 8, page 25,• <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said side lot easements were dedicated on the Plat <br />of ROSELAND GARDENS SUBDIVISION forublic utility y purposes; and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release of easement has been <br />submitted in proper form; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following <br />side lot line easements in ROSELAND GARDENS SUBDIVISION shall be <br />released, abandoned and vacated as follows: <br />The side lot line easement being 5 feet along the South <br />line of Lot 5, Block 8, and the side lot easement being <br />5 feet along the North lot line of Lot 6, Block 8, <br />ROSELAND GARDENS SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 8 <br />page 25, Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of <br />County Commissioners and the Clerk of the Circuit Court be, and <br />they are hereby authorized and directed to execute a release -of <br />said lot line easements hereinabove referred to in form proper <br />for recording and placing in the Public Records of Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />This 8th day of March , 1978. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COM14ISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By-)vi.•i,� <br />William -C.
