ATTACHMENT 1 <br />RESOLUTION NO.2013- 036 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE DEPARTMENT <br />OF UTILITY SERVICES' SCHEDULE OF WATER AND SEWER RATES, <br />FEES AND OTHER CHARGES, BY ESTABLISHING A PERMANENT <br />RECLAIMED WATER RATE <br />WHEREAS, section 102.10 of the Code of Indian River County provides that rates, fees and <br />charges adopted by the Board of County Commissioners may be adopted by resolution, to the extent <br />permitted by law; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board has previously adopted by resolution certain rates, fees and charges for <br />services provided by the Department of Utility Services, as set forth in the Schedule of Water and Sewer <br />Rates, Fees and Other Charges, as amended from time to time ("Schedule"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Board desires to further amend the schedule, as set forth herein <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT: <br />1. Findings. The above "whereas" clauses: are adopted as the findings of the Board, <br />and aze incorporated herein. <br />2. Amendment to Schedule of Rates. Fees and Charles. The Board hereby <br />amends the Department of Utility Services' Schedule of Water and Sewer Rates, Fees and Other <br />Chazges, by establishing the following rates, fees and other charges <br />Reclaimed Water -Per 1.000 Gallons <br />Effective January 1, 2013 $.67 <br />�c Jar�*aa.;�-�-2�J 11 �. ;'-4 <br />E€festivg-Ja��ar-,•-1�� ` �.g �. <br />l�€festi�e Ja�ba.;�-�9�� �-- <br />3. Rates. Fees and Other Charges Not Amended to Remain in Full Force and <br />Effect.
