<br />Farms Company Subdivision, described on the
<br />'tax rolls as 14-33-39-00001.0040.00004.0 and
<br />tshown in Record Book 167 PP 470.
<br />The Board of County Commissioners reserve
<br />-the right to rejact any or all of the bids and
<br />.make awards in any manner which the Board
<br />:considers to be in the best interest of Indian
<br />River County, Florida.
<br />All bids shall be for a cash purchase, in
<br />.writing by legal description as listed above and
<br />shall include a check payable to Indian River
<br />;County for ten percent (10 percent) of the bid
<br />price with the balance due five (5) days after
<br />acceptance, submitted in an envelope securely
<br />sealed and marked on the outside "SEALED
