I'. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-26 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That pursuant to Section 27, <br />sub -sections (a) and (b), Indian River County Ordinance <br />71-3, the following information will be required to accompany <br />the Petition filed by any owner or owner's authorized agent <br />who requests a zoning change or amendment: <br />l.. A sealed survey prepared by a licensed surveyor <br />or engineer, which survey shall contain the exact <br />legal description for property requested to be rezoned. <br />2. A title policy or attorney's opinion evidencing <br />fee ownership of the property whish is requested to <br />be rezoned. <br />3.
