U <br />r w' <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-1 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the• Rockridge <br />Street Lighting District from time to time has excess funds; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, good business practice directs that these <br />excess funds be invested in time deposits in qualified banks <br />or interest bearing securities guaranteed by the United States <br />Government; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />SUPERVISORS OF THE ROCKRIDGE STREET LIGHTING DISTRICT, that <br />Willard W. Siebert, Jr.., Chairman and/or Jeffrey K.
