<br />RESOLUTION NO. 78-40
<br />WHEREAS, FIRST CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE, INC., and DISTRICT
<br />I ADVISORY BOARD OF THE FLORIDA DISTRICT, CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE
<br />-diol,petition the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />.I
<br />County, requesting said Board to adopt.a Resolution to vacate,

<br />abandon, discontinue and close certain public streets and roads
<br />as hereinafter described; and
<br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly held by said Board on
<br />May 10, 1978, pursuant to.Notice thereof duly published in the
<br />'hero Beach Press Journal, a newspaper of general circulation in
<br />r
<br />it
<br />Indian River County, which said publication was had two weeks
<br />prior to the public hearing as required by law; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has duly
<br />considered the same;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board does find
<br />and determine the following:
<br />1. That this Board has published a Notice of Hearing on
<br />the petition of FIRST CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE, INC., and DISTRICT
<br />ADVISORY BOARD OF THE FLORIDA DISTRICT, CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE,
<br />one time in the Vero Beach Press Journal, a newspaper of general
<br />circulation in Indian River County, Florida, said publication
<br />being published at least two weeks prior to the time stated there-
<br />on for such public hearing.
<br />2. That the 'land hereinbelow described is not a part of
<br />the public road and street required by the State of Florida, by
<br />the Federal Government as part of the State of Federal,Highway
<br />System and said portion of the right-of-way as described herein-
<br />below is not located within the corporate limits of any munici-
<br />pality and is located in Indian River County, Florida, the
<br />following described land is not needed for street,`road, highway
<br />or other public purposes by Indian River County.
