MR. MCKENZIE INFORMED THE BOARD THAT THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION <br />CONSISTS OF SEVEN 1/2 ACRE LOTS LYING BETWEEN ROSELAND ROAD AND THE <br />SEBASTIAN RIVER. IT IS ZONED R-1 AND HAS GONE THROUGH THE SUBDIVISION <br />REVIEW COMMITTEE. <br />THE MATTER OF DRAINAGE,AROSE, AND ADMINISTRATOR JENNINGS STATED <br />THAT THIS PARTICULAR PIECE OF PROPERTY IS A VERY HIGH PIECE OF PROPERTY <br />WHICH DROPS STRAIGHT DOWN TO THE RIVER. THE DRAINAGE PLANS ARE DESIGNED <br />TO TAKE THE WATER OUT TO THE ROAD AND TO RETAIN AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE ON <br />THE PROPERTY, HE FELT THE ENGINEER HAS TRIED TO OVERCOME THE PROBLEM <br />AND THAT THEY HAVE A GOOD LAYOUT, <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER LAY, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />DEESON, THE BOARD, WITH COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER ABSTAINING, GRANTED <br />TENTATIVE APPROVAL TO SUNNY FIELDSSUBDIVISION. <br />CHARLES MCKENZIE OF TOTAL DEVELOPMENT NEXT APPEARED REPRE- <br />SENTING RONALD MITCHELL, AND REQUESTED TENTATIVE APPROVAL OF MITCHELL <br />ACRES SUBDIVISION. <br />COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER HAD PREVIOUSLY FIJ* THE FOLLOWING <br />AFFIDAVIT IN REGARD TO A CONFLICT OF INTEREST WITH THE CLERK OF <br />CIRCUIT COURT AND REMAINED OUT OF THE COMMISSION ROOM. <br />10 <br />Box 34 Pa,x 451 <br />
