(UN TATE (RAVEL rUNDS1 <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />DEESON, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED STATE WITNESS PAYROLL, CIRCUIT <br />COURT, SPRING TERM, 1978, IN THE AMOUNT OF $157.32. <br />THE FOLLOWING REPORT WAS RECEIVED AND PLACED ON FILE IN THE <br />OFFICE OF THE CLERK: <br />COUNTY WELFARE DEPARTMENT, REPORT FOR APRIL, 1978 <br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE ANNOUNCED THAT SUPERVISOR OF ELECTIONS, <br />ROSEMARY RICHEY, WISHES TO ATTEND AN ELECTION CAMPAIGN SEMINAR <br />RE CANDIDATES, QUALIFYING, FINANCING, ETC., ON EITHER JUNE 13, <br />1978, AT ORLANDO OR JUNE 14, 1978, AT WEST PALM BEACH. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />Loy, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED OUT -OF -COUNTY TRAVEL FOR ROSEMARY <br />RICHEY, SUPERVISOR OF ELECTIONS,TO ATTEND THE ABOVE DESCRIBED SEMINAR <br />AT WHICHEVER LOCATION IS MOST CONVENIENT TO HER, <br />DEAN LUETHJE APPEARED BEFORE THE BOARD REPRESENTING HIS <br />CLIENTS, WILMOTH AND BERGAMINO, IN REQUESTING TENTATIVE APPROVAL OF <br />WESTLAKE ESTATES SUBDIVISION. MR. LUEHTJE PRESENTED A PLAT WITH <br />TOPOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION ADDED, AS PREVIOUSLY REQUESTED BY THE BOARD, <br />AND STATED THAT ADMINISTRATOR JENNINGS HAS GONE OVER THIS. MR. LUETHJE <br />INFORMED THE BOARD THAT, IN LIGHT OF THIS ADDITIONAL INFORMATION, THEY <br />HAVE ESTIMATED THE FILL AMOUNTS NEEDED AND DO FEEL THE PROJECT IS <br />FEASIBLE. HE CONTINUED THAT THE PLAT IS NOT CHANGED IN ANY CONFIGURATION <br />FROM WHEN IT WAS PREVIOUSLY PRESENTED. <br />COMMISSIONER LOY ASKED WHO WILL OWN THE PROPERTY TO BE USED <br />AS BICYCLE PATHS, <br />MR. LUETHJE STATED THAT THIS WILL BE OWNED BY AN ASSOCIATION <br />TO BE FORMED, AND NOTED THAT THIS PROJECT IS TO BE A PRIVATE ROAD <br />SUBDIVISION. <br />COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER STATED THAT HE NO LONGER HAS ANY <br />OBJECTIONS TO GIVING TENTATIVE APPROVAL SINCE MR.
