Time and Place (Second Resolution) 3/25/97(ENG)RES2.MAG\ktp <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000-_ 0 7v4 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />SETTING A TIME AND PLACE AT WHICH THE OWNERS OF <br />PROPERTY ON 19TH AVENUE SW BETWEEN 10TH STREET SW <br />& 9TH STREET SW AND IOTH STREET SW BETWEEN 20TH <br />AVENUE SW & 18TH AVENUE SW IN OSLO PARK <br />SUBDIVISION AND OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS MAY <br />APPEAR BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS AND BE HEARD AS TO THE PROPRIETY <br />AND ADVISABILITY OF MAKING PAVING AND DRAINAGE <br />IMPROVEMENTS TO SAID PROPERTY AS TO THE COST <br />THEREOF, AS TO THE MANNER OF PAYMENT THEREFOR, <br />AND AS TO THE AMOUNT THEREOF TO BE SPECIALLY <br />ASSESSED AGAINST EACH PROPERTY BENEFITTED <br />THEREBY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has, by <br />Resolution No. 2000-073 , determined that it is necessary for the public welfare of the citizens of <br />the county, and particularly as to those living, working, and owning property within the area <br />described herein, that paving and drainage improvements be made to said property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has caused an assessment roll to be <br />completed and filed with the Clerk to the Board; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 206.06, Indian River County Code, requires that the Board of <br />County Commissioners shall fix a time and place at which the owners of the properties to be <br />assessed or any other persons interested therein may appear before the Board of County <br />Commissioners and be heard as to the propriety and advisability of making paving and drainage <br />improvements to said property, as to the cost thereof, as to the manner of payment therefor, and as <br />to the amount thereof to be assessed against each property benefitted thereby, <br />1 <br />
