RESOLUTION NO. 2000- 079 <br />1. The subject segments of county rights-of-way are hereby designated as "limited use rights-of- <br />way" as defined and referenced in the county land development regulations, and shall not be used <br />for general vehicular traffic purposes but may be used for pedestrian, drainage, and utility uses <br />authorized by the county. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Ti ppi n who moved <br />its adoption. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Stanbri due , and upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Fran B.
