<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
<br />Planning and Zoning Commission of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, has tentatively ap-
<br />proved the fallowing changes and additions to
<br />the Zoning, Ordinance of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, which changes and additions are
<br />substantially as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order
<br />that the following described property situated
<br />in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />Tracts 1429-A, 1430A and 1464; Also the
<br />following land: Tracts 1462 and 1463, except a
<br />lot beginning at the SE corner of said Tract
<br />1462, run North 204 feet, thence West 83 feet,
<br />thence South 204 feet, and thence East 83 feet
<br />to point of beginning in Township 31 South,
<br />Range 37 East, according to the Plat of
<br />Feilsmere Farms Company's Subdivision of
<br />Said Township 31 South, Range 37 East, as
<br />recorded in Plat Book 2, pages 1 and 2, of the.
<br />public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
