Again thanks in advance, hoping you will approve this request so that
We can continue to help make the park a facility we all can be proud of: Please
give this matter your earliest consideration. .
Again thanks,
J.' Ralph Lundy
Progressive Civic League
President -Gifford
ADMINISTRATOR JENNINGS FELT THE COUNTY COULD COME UP WITH
THE TYPE OF MATERIAL NEEDED, BUT POINTED OUT THAT IT WOULD BELL
OST ONE
DESIRABLE TO COORDINATE THIS PROJECT SO IT COULD BE DONE A
OPERATION BECAUSE IF THE ASPHALT IS NOT PUT ON PROMPTLY AFTER THE
BASE IS PREPARED AND THE BASE SHOULD GET WET, IT WOULD GREATLY
AT BUILDING TENNIS COURTS IS A COMPLEX
COMPLICATE THINGS HE NOTED TH
OPERATION AND MUST BE WELL DONE OR YOU WILL END UP WITH STANDING
WATER ON THE COURTS. °
COMMISSIONER SIEBERT AGREED AND FELT THAT THE BOARD WOULD
WANT TO HAVE ASSURANCES THAT THE ASPHALT WOULD GO ON IMMEDIATELY
AFTER THE BASE IS PREPARED.
>y
16
