<br />confirm unto the Grantee, all that certain land situate in

<br />672 feet to a point; thence run East and parallel with the North
<br />line of Section 27, a distance of 160 feet to the Point of Be-
<br />ginning; thence continue East along the heretofore referenced
<br />line 220.66 feet; thence run South 110 feet; thence run West
<br />220.90 feet to a point on the East.line of an access easement
