<br />than 100,000 gallons of water per day shall act be required to
<br />deal with the Company but any such water user shall be at liberty
<br />to secure its rater frau such seams or sources as it sight desire.

<br />producing water for resale at wholesale. Nothing in this fran-
<br />chise shall prevent landowners from exercising their vested rights
<br />to pomp rates for their.own ase, nor aball the riparian and other
