ADMINISTRATOR JENNINGS INFORMED THE BOARD THAT CIRCUIT <br />.JUDGE CHARLES SMITH HAS EXPRESSED THE NEED FOR A PUBLIC TELEPHONE <br />UPSTAIRS IN THE COURTHOUSE BECAUSE ON COURT DAYS MANY PEOPLE GO <br />'INTO THE OFFICES TO USE THE TELEPHONES, WHICH DISRUPTS WORK AND <br />CREATES CONFUSION. Law, Property Appraiser <br />_. <br />SUBJECT: Radios <br />Dear Jack: <br />r <br />You will recall several weeks ago I discussed with you a possibility of <br />( securing radios for my office. As indicated to you, I would like to have i <br />j one base unit and two mobile units.' <br />At your suggestion, I have talked with the RCA representative at which <br />time Mr. Bob Donlon was present. Mr. Webb of the RCA Company stated <br />"that in connecting my office with your present system, it would not cause <br />i any interference or difficulty with your system. This is no more than <br />just an increase in your present system by three units.
