<br />AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 75-66 AND NO. 76-1
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida has on October 8, 1975 adopted Resolution No. 75-66
<br />known as the"Customer Service, Inc. Sewer and Water Franchise,"
<br />granting a water and sewer franchise to Customer Service, Inc., a
<br />Florida Corporation and has enlarged said franchise service area
<br />in Resolution No. 76-1 and
<br />WHEREA$ the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida has received a request in writing from Customer
<br />Service, Inc. for an increase in the Water Hookup and Connection
<br />Charge from $400.00 to $1,000.00, and
<br />WHEREAS, after public notice and public hearing, the Board
<br />of County Commissioners finds the requested increase to be
<br />feasible and in the public interest and that Section 14 of the
<br />"Customer Service, Inc. Sewer and -Water Franchise" should be
<br />amended accordingly,,
<br />THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioner:
<br />of Indian River County, Florida that: °
<br />1. Section 14 of Customer Service,-Iric., Sewer and Water
<br />Franchise is hereby amended as follows:
<br />SINGLE FAMILY AND DUPLEX RESIDENCES
<br />Water Hookup and Connection Charge $1,000.00
<br />Said change to be effective on July 19, 1978.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Board of County Commissioners of
<br />Indian River County, Florida, has caused this Resolution to be
<br />executed in the name of,the County of Indian River by the Chairman
<br />of the Board of County Commissioners, and its seal to be affixed a
<br />attested by its Clerk, and adopted on the 19th day of July, 1978.
