PLANNING DIRECTOR STAN REDICK STATED THAT THIS IS AN <br />EXISTING MOBILE HOME PARK, AND THEY MERELY WANT A CHANGE OF ZONING <br />IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO IMPROVE THE PARK. MR. REDICK INFORMED <br />THE ION <br />BOARD THAT THIS HAS STAFF APPROVAL, THE PLANNING & ZONINGCOMMISSION <br />NO <br />RECOMMENDS APPROVAL, EVERYTHING IS IN ORDER, AND THERE A <br />OBJECTIONS. <br />THE,:. CHAIRMAN ASKED IF ANYONE PRESENT WISHED TO-BE HEARD. <br />RICHARD ALTMAN OF THE ED SCHLITT REAL ESTATE AGENCY <br />APPEARED AS THE AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF MR. AUBLE. HE EX— <br />PLAINED THAT THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, WHICH IS THE MILE OF PINES <br />COURT, IS LOCATED ON U.S. 1, NORTH OF WABASSO. HE PRESENTED THE <br />- <br />-BOARD WITH A SKETCH DEPICTING THE IMPROVEMENTS THAT MR.
