ORDINANCE NO. 78-24 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties <br />in interes tiand citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian <br />.River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map,'be amended <br />as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The South 290 feet of the West 300 feet of the <br />East 20 acres of Tract 7, Section 17, Township 33 <br />South, Range 39 East, according to the last general <br />plat of lands of the Indian River Farms Company filed <br />in Plat Book 2, page 25, Public Records of St. Lucie <br />County, Florida; said lands now lying and being in <br />Indian River County, Florida. Containing 2 acres <br />more or less. <br />Be changed from Agricultural District to R-1 District. <br />All with the meaning and intent -and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect August 14, 1978. <br />AUG o 9 197a <br />,. <br />
