<br /> October 1, 2002 <br /> <br />EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT <br /> The Board of Commissioners of the Emergency Services District met at the County <br />th <br />Commission Chambers, 1840 25 Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, October 1, 2002 at <br />9:50 a.m. Present were John W. Tippin, Vice Chairman; and Commissioners Fran B. Adams, <br />Caroline D. Ginn and Kenneth R. Macht. Chairman Ruth M. Stanbridge was absent due to <br />illness. Also present were James Chandler, County Administrator; Paul G. Bangel, County <br />Attorney; and Patricia “PJ” Jones, Deputy Clerk. <br /> <br /> The Vice Chairman called the meeting to order. <br /> <br />14.A.1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – JUNE 18, 2002 <br /> The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the Minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting of June 18, 2002. There were none. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by Commissioner <br />Macht, the Board, by a 4-0 vote (Chairman Stanbridge absent) <br />unanimously approved the Minutes of the Meeting of June 18, 2002, as <br />written. <br /> <br />14.A.2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – SEPTEMBER 10, 2002 <br /> The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the Minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting of September 10, 2002.
