<br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Neuberger, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously granted <br />final plat approval for South Lakes Subdivision, <br />authorizing the Chairman to execute the submitted Contract <br />for Construction of remaining required improvements, and <br />accepting the security arrangement, as recommended in the <br />memorandum of October 4, 2004. <br /> <br />CONTRACT IS ON FILE IN THE <br />OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br /> <br />7.I. C’SACC <br />HILDRENS ERVICES DVISORY OMMITTEE ONTRACT FOR <br />AFFY2004/2005 <br />GENCY UNDING ISCAL EAR <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Neuberger, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously <br />approved the sample form of the Children’s Services <br />Advisory Committee Contract for Agency Funding, to be <br />executed by agencies, and funded for the 2004-05 funding <br />year; approved the report indicating the agencies <br />recommended for funding and the amounts of funding for <br />each program; authorized the Chairman to execute each <br />completed Children’s Services Advisory Committee <br />Contract for Agency Funding, using the form approved at <br />this meeting, as prepared by staff in accordance with the <br />report, as recommended in the memorandum of October 5, <br />2004. <br />October 12, 2004 <br />6 <br /> <br />
