Deputy County Attorney Bill DeBraal affirmed that if there was a local engineer or <br />attorney that was an expert in Eminent Domain law, he would be happy to retain them. He <br />conveyed that Harold Collins, a professional engineer, is experienced with litigation assistance, <br />engineering, and testimony in Eminent Domain.
