JAMES BEINDORF, ENGINEER, CAME BEFORE THE BOARD REPRESENTING <br />FLORIDA LAND COMPANY, HE NOTED THAT AS DISCUSSED AT A PREVIOUS <br />MEETING, THIS PROPERTY IS BEING DEVELOPED INTO AN ATTRACTIVE GOLF <br />COURSE PROJECT. THE GOLF COURSE ARCHITECT HAS BEEN SELECTED AND <br />CONSTRUCTION WILL COMMENCE WITHIN A 30 -DAY PERIOD. MR. BEINDORF <br />STATED THAT THE REASON FOR THE ABANDONMENT AND RELOCATION OF THIS <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY TO THE NORTH SIDE OF THE PROPERTY IS BECAUSE IT IS IN <br />THE WAY OF THE DEVELOPMENT. THE ROAD ENDS AT THE LATERAL G CANAL <br />WHICH IS OWNED BY THE 11ATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT. MR.
