COMMISSIONER LOY NOTED THAT WE JUST WOULD BE ADDING FIVE <br />DAYS TO THE ENTIRE CONTRACT NOT TO THE EXTENSION AND SINCE WE ARE <br />ADDING THIS AMOUNT OF WORK, FIVE DAYS DOES NOT SEEM UNREASONABLE. <br />SHE POINTED OUT, HOWEVER, THAT.WE WANT THEM TO GET STARTED PROMPTLY <br />..AND THIS TIME SHOULD BE ADDED ON AT THE END OF THE CONTRACT, <br />THE BOARD AGREED THAT THIS SHOULD NOT AFFECT THE STARTING <br />DATE AND THAT A LETTER SHOULD BE SENT TO DRIVEWAYS, INC., URGING THEM <br />TO GET STARTED. <br />ENGINEER VOTAPKA DISCUSSED THE PROBLEMS INVOLVED AND DELAYS <br />ENCOUNTERED IN TRYING TO HOOK UP THE SCHOOL. HE STATED THAT THEY ARE <br />TRYING TO GET AUTHORITY TO HOOK INTO THE CITY'S LINE TEMPORARILY. <br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE, ADMINISTRATOR .JENNINGS AND ATTORNEY COLLINS <br />LEFT THE MEETING AT 1;50 O'CLOCK P.M. <br />VICE CHAIRMAN LOY TOOK OVER THE MEETING. <br />r <br />ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR NELSON CAME BEFORE THE BOARD AND <br />REPORTED THAT AN INVENTORY HAS BEEN MADE LISTING ALL ITEMS WE WANT TO <br />KEEP AS PER THE AGREEMENT WITH THE HOSPITAL BOARD. HE REVIEWED THE <br />LIST WITH THE,,BOARD AND EXPLAINED THAT IT WOULD BE DESIRABLE TO KEEP <br />ALL SURPLUS KITCHEN AND RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT IN THE EVENT IT IS DECIDED <br />TO HAVE A RESTAURANT AVAILABLE FOR THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE, HE <br />INFORMED THE BOARD THAT ALL ICE MACHINES AND AIR CONDITIONERS ARE <br />INCLUDED AND THE FURNITURE LISTED CONSISTS PRIMARILY OF DESKS, <br />FILE CABINETS AND CHAIRS, MR, NELSON RECOMMENDED THAT THE LISTED <br />ITEMS BE RETAINED BY THE COUNTY TO BE USED WHEN THE HOSPITAL IS <br />RENOVATED INTO AN OFFICE COMPLEX. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER LOY, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SIEBERT, CHAIRMAN !A+ODTKE BEING TEMPORARILY ABSENT FROM THE MEETING, <br />THE BOARD APPROVED THE HOSPITAL INVENTORY LIST AS RECOMMENDED BY <br />ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR NELSON. SAID LIST IS HEREBY MADE A PART <br />OF THE MINUTES, <br />AM <br />28 e 7g rm". <br />
