HOWARD AGREED. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />DEESON, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED A VARIANCE OF SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE <br />75-3 TO .JAY LESHAW FOR WHITE SURF SUBDIVISION ALLOWING A REDUCTION IN <br />THE PAVING TO 15' BASED UPON THE UNUSUAL NATURE OF THE PROPERTY AND <br />THE LIMITED USE OF THE PROPERTY, CONDITIONED UPON THE APPLICANT BUILDING <br />A LEVEL HOLDING AREA ADJACENT TO STATE ROAD A1A ALLOWING AN AUTOMOBILE <br />TO STOP WITH CLEAR VISIBILITY PRIOR TO GAINING ENTRANCE TO S.R. AIA. <br />CHAIRMAN WODTKE NOTED THAT GENE WADDELL, PRESIDENT OF KIWANIS <br />CLUB OF VERO-TREASURE COAST, HAD AT A PREVIOUS MEETING EXPRESSED ON <br />THE BEHALF OF THE CLUB THEIR DESIRE TO SERVE AS THE PRIMARY COMMUNITY <br />AGENCY TO WORK ON THE DEVELOPING OF THE TRACKING STATION PARK, WHEN.IT <br />IS ACQUIRED. THE CHAIRMAN CONTINUED THAT THE BOARD APPROVED HIS OFFER <br />AND SUGGESTED THAT MR. WADDELL CONSULT WITH THE TOWN OF INDIAN RIVER <br />SHORES AND INFORM THEM THAT THE BOARD HAD ACCEPTED HIS OFFER AND WOULD <br />TRY TO SET UP A COMMITTEE TO WORK ON A MASTER PLAN FOR THIS PARK BY <br />THE END OF SEPTEMBER. <br />MR.
