<br />QUIT -CLAIM DEED
<br />This Quit -Claim Deed, executed this 1,5 day of
<br />1978, by the INDIAN RIVER COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT, a special
<br />taxing district organized by the Legislature of the State of
<br />Florida, and having its principal place of business at 1000 36th
<br />jfStreet, Vero Beach, Florida, first party, to INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,
<br />�+ a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose post office

<br />is Indian River County Courthouse, 2145 14th Avenue,
<br />Vero Beach, Florida, second party:
<br />WITNESSETH
<br />That the said first party, for and in consideration of the
<br />sum of ten ($10.00) dollars and other valuable consideration
<br />in hand paid by the said second party, the receipt whereof is here-
<br />by acknowledged does hereby remise, release and quit -claim unto the
<br />:second party forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and
<br />demand which the said first party has in and to the following
<br />described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being

<br />rim genal Town of Vero, according to the plat thereof
<br />filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court,
<br />St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, page 12,
<br />said lands now lying and being in the City of Vero
<br />Beach, Indian River County, Florida.
<br />SUBJECT to zoning, easements, conditions, reservations, re-
<br />strictions, reversions and rights-of-way of record.
<br />TOGETHER with all improvements thereon.
<br />Parcel 2 - All of Block 7 and Block 8 (including vacated
<br />3 t Evenue between 25th Street and 26th Street) according
<br />to the plat thereof filed in the office of the Clerk of
<br />the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book
<br />2, page 12. Said lands now lying and being in the City
<br />of Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida.
<br />SUBJECT to zoning, easements, conditions, reservations, re-
<br />strictions and rights-of-way of record.
<br />TOGETHER with all improvements thereon except that certain
<br />modular building presently housing the First Party's edical
<br />records department and any and all playground equipment
<br />and fencing installed on the above described property
<br />adjacent to the pediatric ward of First Party's hospital.
