IN DISCUSSION, IT WAS NOTED THAT THIS COULD POSE A DIFFICULT <br />PROBLEM IF THE BOARD SHOULD HAVE TO HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS DID NOT FEEL IT WOULD CAUSE A GREAT BURDEN. <br />HE FELT THAT THE PERMISSION COULD BE GRANTED SUBJECT TO THE PRIORITY <br />OF THE BOARD. <br />THE BOARD DISCUSSED POSSIBLE USE OF THE COMMISSION MEETING <br />ROOM IN THE ADMINISTRATOR'S OFFICE, BUT THE ADMINISTRATOR NOTED THAT <br />HE IS IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING JACK FLINT AND AN ASSISTANT INTO THAT <br />ROOM NOW. <br />AFTER FURTHER DISCUSSION ON POSSIBLE LOCATIONS THAT COULD <br />BE USED FOR .JUDGE SMITH'S PURPOSES, CHAIRMAN SIEBERT VOLUNTEERED TO <br />WORK WITH THE ADMINISTRATOR ON THIS MATTER AND DISCUSS IT WITH CIRCUIT <br />JUDGE SMITH. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />LOY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED THE CHAIRMAN'S SIGNATURE ON THE <br />1978-79 APPLICATION AND AGREEMENT WITH THE DIVISION OF LIBRARY <br />SERVICES FOR STATE AID TO LIBRARIES, <br />SEP 2 1978 <br />N <br />
