The Board approved: (1) the <br />proposed Agreement with the Indian River County <br />Housing Authority for programmatic services related to <br />the County's Neighborhood Stabilization Program <br />Community Development Block Grant; (2) the proposed <br />Agreement with the Treasure Coast Homeless Services <br />Council (TCHSC) for programmatic services related to the <br />County's Neighborhood Program Community <br />Development Block Grant; (3) authorized the Community <br />Development Director to make modifications to the <br />Agreement that may be required by the Florida <br />Department of Community Affairs (DCA); and (4) <br />authorized the Chairman to execute the Agreements, as <br />recommended in the memorandum of October 12, 2009. <br />AGREEMENTS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />12.B.
