PRESENTATION OF PROCLAMATIONHONORING THE 50TH YEAR <br />ANNIVERSARY OF NEW HORIZONS OF THE TREASURE COAST, INC. <br />Chairman Bowden read and presented the Proclamation to John Romano, CEO of <br />New Horizons, who thanked the Commission and County Administrator Joe Baird for supporting <br />New Horizons. <br />5.
