PUBLIC DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />LREOUEST TO SPEAK FROM EVERETTE BROWN REGARDING 43" <br />AVENUE <br />Mr. Brown addressed the Board regarding the way the acquisition of his <br />temporary construction easement along 43rd Avenue was being handled by County staff.
