She hoped the <br />Board would delay the process. <br />There were no other speakers and the Chairman closed the Public Hearing. <br />After further lengthy and detailed discussions by Commissioners and staff, <br />expressions of concern, opposition, and suggestions from County residents to delay the process, <br />the Board decided as follows: <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wheeler, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Flescher, the Board <br />unanimously approved to table this item to a time <br />certain, the November 18, 2008 Board of County <br />Commissioners' Meeting, to be brought back with the <br />66th Avenue segment that was proposed for removal <br />added back in the Plan. <br />10.B. PUBLIC DISCUSSION ITEMS <br />LREOUEST TO SPEAK FROM EVERETTE BROWN REGARDING 43" <br />AVENUE <br />Mr. Brown addressed the Board regarding the way the acquisition of his <br />temporary construction easement along 43rd Avenue was being handled by County staff.
