RESOLUTION NO. 78-66 <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor after tentatively ascertaining <br />the proposed budget fiscal policies of the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, for the Fiscal <br />Year commencing on the first day of October, 1978, and ending <br />on the 30th day of September, 1979, did prepare and present <br />to the Board a tentative budget for the ensuing fiscal year <br />for each of the funds therein as provided by law, including <br />all estimated receipts, taxes to be levied, and balances ex- <br />pected to be brought forward, and all estimated expenditures, <br />reserves, and balances to be carried over at the end of the <br />year; and <br />WHEREAS, upon receipt of the tentative budgets and the <br />completion of all revisions made by the Board, the Board did <br />prepare a statement summarizing all of the tentative budgets. <br />The summary statement did show for each budget and for the <br />total of all budgets, proposed tax millages, the balances, <br />the reserves, and the total of each major classification of <br />receipts and expenditures classified according to the <br />classification of accounts prescribed by the appropriate <br />state agencies. This Board did cause said summary statement <br />to be advertised as required by law; and <br />WHEREAS, said Board did meet in public hearing for the , <br />purpose of hearing requests and complaints from the public <br />regarding -the proposed budgets and making whatever revisions <br />in the budget it did deem necessary and all the same having <br />been now completed; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that this <br />Board does herewith levy upon all the real and personal <br />e <br />taxable property in Indian River County, Florida, for the <br />year 1978, a tax of 4.72165 mills on the dollar to be <br />redistributed among the funds in the budget as follows: <br />BOOK 36 FACT 288 <br />-SEP 2 11978' <br />
