The purpose for <br />this rezoning is to secure the zoning necessary to develop the site for residential use that would be <br />allowed under the Office, Commercial, Residential (OCR) zoning district, which is consistent with <br />the land use designation C/I. <br /> <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing.
