<br />Buddy Akins <br /> described the interior and exterior condition of the house (pictures on file). <br />He would not say it could not be fixed, but he believed completion was a long way off. <br /> <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Lowther, for the <br />condemnation to stay in place. Motion DIED for lack of a <br />SECOND. <br /> <br />Chairman Neuberger commented that he would like to give Mr. Dillon another 30 days. <br /> <br />nd <br />Danny Moore, <br /> 2103 2 Avenue SE, spoke in opposition to any extension. <br /> <br />st <br />Elizabeth Rimes <br />, 2174 1 Avenue SE, advocated against an extension. <br /> <br />Discussion ensued regarding the unsafe condition of the house, and whether it could <br /> <br />feasibly be completed by December 17, 2006. <br /> <br />Buddy Akins <br /> reported it is not built according to the plans of the architect, and he affirmed <br />it will not be safe. <br /> <br />Chairman Neuberger asked if anybody wanted to Motion for an extension. <br /> <br />Discussion continued and Mr. Dillon argued the safety of this house. <br /> <br />Chairman Neuberger did not hear a Motion for extension and he ended the discussion. <br /> <br />9.C.
