She is willing to do whatever is necessary to see that it comes to <br />fruition. <br /> <br />Commissioner Davis <br /> noted that on the northwest corner, where Babcock intersects with <br />the C-54 canal, the Buffer Preserve has a new facility on it. <br /> <br />Mr. Tyson <br /> responded that the area is already fenced and a storage facility would be built <br />shortly. <br /> <br />Chairman Neuberger <br /> wants both Recreation Commissions to discuss this project, then <br />contact St John’s Water Management District and the Buffer Preserve individuals. <br /> <br /> <br />8. FRDAP CAP INCREASE <br /> <br />Recreation Director Cliff Crawford <br /> explained that the Florida Recreation Development <br />Assistance Program (FRDAP) is the resource that both counties use regularly for grant funding of <br />various parks and recreation projects. He discussed in detail, the sources of funding for FRDAP, <br />the expenditures, as well as, its current operating budget.
