She also responded to questions from <br />Commissioner Davis as to whether they got water from reverse osmosis or surface water and <br />where their southernmost well fields were. <br /> <br />Lisette Kolar,Grant Valkaria’s Interim Council, <br /> expressed her Council’s concern over <br />growth and how it was going to affect the County in terms of traffic and the quality of life. <br /> <br />County Manager Busacca <br />explained the development of regional impact (DRI) process, <br />stating that the Regional Planning Council, based on comments from all agencies, approves DRI, <br />and the ultimate decision is made by the community which has jurisdiction. <br /> <br />Further discussions ensued regarding DRIs. <br /> <br /> <br />11.
