APSA <br />PPROVAL OF ROFESSIONAL ERVICE GREEMENTS FOR <br />ACESC,OAO-G <br />NNUAL IVIL NGINEERING ERVICES ONTRACT N N NOING <br />B <br />ASIS <br /> <br />Commissioner Bowden asked about a bridge, at the new fire station, that the County was <br />not sure they had erected, and wanted to know if approval was granted for that project. <br /> <br />Administrator Baird provided clarification explaining the misunderstanding of <br />communications from Carter and Associates, and our Consultants being contacted for information <br />instead of following County procedures. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowden, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Davis, the Board unanimously approved the <br />Agreements with Arcadis G&M, Inc., Carter Associates, Inc., and <br />McMahon Associates, Inc., and authorized the Chairman to <br />execute the agreements, as recommended in the memorandum of <br />September 19, 2006. <br /> <br />CONTRACT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br /> <br />October 3, 2006 <br />23 <br /> <br />
