The Board discussed further <br />whether to postpone this item until they get some legal advice. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Neuberger, the Board unanimously agreed to table <br />this matter to have staff work out the right-of-way issues. <br /> <br />The Chairman called a break at 10:36 a.m., and reconvened the meeting at 10:45 a.m., with <br />Commissioner Davis absent. <br /> <br />B.
