(Clerk’s Note: There was no SECOND to this <br />Motion Amendment.) <br /> <br />More discussion ensued regarding code enforcement action with Attorney Collins again <br />explaining the code enforcement process. <br /> <br />Attorney Perry <br />proposed that the code enforcement action be dismissed and they would get rid <br />of the Injunction and try to work with owners and be back before the Board in 45 days. He felt there was <br />no basis for a code enforcement action. <br /> <br />There was also discussions on who would maintain the pumps placed under homes when <br />residents are away, drainage problems and whose responsibility it was. Administrator Baird believed <br />under the houses and downspouts were owners’ responsibility and while he appreciated the concern, felt <br />they were getting into private property rights. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Roland DeBlois explained the criteria for taking this to the <br />Code Enforcement Board. <br /> <br />Commissioner Davis asked if it was illegal or against County code for water to be under a mobile <br />home.
