<br /> <br />Commissioner Lowther inquired whether this would include a network analysis for College <br />Lane as well. Assistant Public Works Director Chris Mora answered affirmatively noting that they would <br />be looking at additional north/south roads on either side of SR 60. <br /> <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the Board by a <br />4-0 vote (Commissioner Wheeler absent) approved Alternative 1 <br />authorizing the Chairman to execute Amendment No. 3 for a total <br />lump sum fee of $37,200.00 with Kimley-Horn and <br />Associates, Inc., for professional engineering and survey services, <br />as recommended in the memorandum of September 25, 2006.
