Request for a Resolution Supporting a Special Session to Study and <br />Enact Legislation to Address the Current Insurance Crisis in Florida <br /> <br />Attorney Collins noted that there was a resolution from Collier County and one from Hernando <br />County and they were identical. He felt they could just change the name to Indian River and have the <br />Chairman change it without bringing it back. <br /> <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wheeler, the Board unanimously approved <br />Resolution 2006-156 (to be prepared by the County Attorney’s <br />Office) supporting a Special Session to study and enact legislation <br />to address the current insurance crisis in Florida. <br /> <br />B.
