<br />ATTORNEY COLLINS STATED THAT THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS ADVERTISED
<br />FOR SEPTEMBER 21ST, AND AS TO THIS PARTICULAR SECTION OF THE COUNTY
<br />BUDGET, NO ACTION WAS TAKEN. HE FELT THE AD WOULD CONTINUE ON UNTIL
<br />FINAL ACTION.
