other options and return this matter to the Board for <br />further review and consideration. <br />Vice Chairman Davis wondered, in light of the Memorandum of Agreement with <br />DOT, what position that would place the County in, and whether it puts us in a situation where <br />we are under a time constraint to even talk about the landscape issue. <br />Director Mora clarified that this is a maintenance agreement that simply sets <br />forward the fact that the County will agree to maintain the landscaping, and it does not mean that <br />we do not have time to make some changes to it. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the <br />Motion carried unanimously. The Board denied staff's <br />recommendation, and directed staff to look at other <br />options and return to the Board with its findings for <br />further consideration. <br />8.R.
