Committee with the modifications stated, and upon an affirmative acknowledgement, voiced his <br />non-support of the Motion, and thought they could rework the MANWAC by merging with <br />another functional committee. <br />Commissioner Wheeler felt perhaps now was the time to re-evaluate all our <br />committees, and suggested staff bring this matter back at a later date. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and by a <br />3-2 vote (Commissioners Davis and Flescher opposed) <br />the Motion carried, approving the recommendations of <br />Mr. Cox for the reconstitution of the MANWAC, with <br />the exception that we include the governmental <br />agencies and not eliminate them, and directing staff to <br />draft a resolution that repeals Indian River County <br />Resolution 2003-131 and return to the Board for <br />further consideration. <br />10.B.2. WOOLFORK REGARDING <br />GIFFORD AQUATIC CENTER (S) POINT PLAN <br />Mr. Freddie Woolfork, 4590 57th Avenue, presented for Board consideration a <br />5 -Point Plan for keeping the Gifford Aquatic Center open during the winter months.
